ABOUT MENeurodevelopmental BiologistHello everyone! I am a Neuroscience PhD candidate at the University of Georgia studying the regeneration of dopaminergic neurons in the planarian brain. This project involves cloning, RNA interference, as well as in situ hybridization. I am interested in discovering the genes responsible for regulating the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase, a marker for dopaminergic neurons. Additionally, I have a passion for teaching and science communication.
